GTM Leaders Lab

Terms of Service

Effective date: 28 October 2026

These Terms govern your purchase of and participation in GTM Leaders Lab. By ticking the acceptance box at checkout, you confirm that you have read and accept them.

1. Who we are

GTM Leaders Lab (the "Cohort") is offered by the company PB Barbara Podhajska ("we", "us"). We run the Growth Meetup community and events, and the Cohort and Growth Society are created by the Growth Meetup organizers.

Our full company and contact details are in Section 19.

2. Definitions

3. Eligibility

The Cohort is for senior marketers and growth professionals working in tech. You must be at least 18 years old.

To apply, you fill in an application form and authorize payment. We decide whether you qualify based on your answers and our own judgment, and we do not have to give reasons. Your payment is only held when you apply and is charged only if we accept you. If we do not accept you, we release the hold and you are not charged.

You may buy as an individual or on behalf of a company. If you buy for a company, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Team purchases. Each team member must qualify on their own and fill in a separate application form. Some team members may be accepted and others not. In that case, the final payment covers only the accepted members.

4. The Cohort

The Cohort is an educational service, not consulting. It is a training course that teaches knowledge and skills through live workshops, recordings, learning materials and a learning community. We do not provide consulting or advisory services. We do not analyze your company's specific situation, prepare deliverables for your business, or give individual business recommendations. "Ask the Expert" office hours are group Q&A sessions that are part of the Cohort.

Each seat includes:

As a bonus to the Cohort, you also get:

Schedule. We confirm the final schedule a few days before the Cohort starts. Each live workshop runs in two time slots, and you choose one. Bonus sessions and "Ask the Expert" sessions run in one time slot only. Session dates may change during the 4 weeks, and we will always announce changes in advance.

You need a stable internet connection, a device that can run Circle, and a Circle account. We are not responsible if you cannot attend because of your own equipment or connection.

5. Price and payment

Prices are shown in euro (EUR) on our website, on Luma and on Stripe. Payment is a one-time payment processed by Stripe. When you apply, the amount is held on your payment method and is not charged yet. The contract is concluded when we accept your application, charge the held amount and confirm it by email. If the charge fails, no contract is concluded. Once your payment succeeds, you get access to the Cohort and Growth Society on the Cohort start date: 12 November 2026 for the November 2026 Cohort.

6. VAT and invoices

Where VAT applies, it is included in the price shown at checkout, at the rate that applies to you. Business Buyers with a valid VAT ID in an EU country other than Poland are invoiced without VAT under the reverse-charge mechanism, and they account for the VAT themselves. If you need an invoice, email your company details to [email protected].

7. Right of withdrawal (Consumers only)

The Cohort is an online course with live sessions, which is an educational service. If you are a Consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the day of purchase without giving a reason. The day of purchase is the day we accept your application and charge your payment. To withdraw, send a clear statement by email to [email protected] before the 14 days end.

We refund within 14 days of receiving your statement, using your original payment method. Business Buyers do not have a statutory right of withdrawal.

8. Cancellation, rescheduling and transfers

9. Personal access only

Your seat and account are for you alone. You may not share your login, give others access to sessions, or share session recordings. If we find that more than one person uses an account, we will remove the Participant from the Cohort and Growth Society immediately, without a refund.

10. Intellectual property

All workshops, recordings, slides, templates and other materials belong to us or to the session speakers. You may use them for your own professional development. Each speaker decides whether you may share their frameworks with others, and they will tell you during their session. Apart from that, you may not copy, publish, resell or distribute any Cohort materials or recordings.

11. Community rules

Our main rule is to respect others and be kind. During GTM Leaders Lab sessions and in the Growth Society community, you may not:

We may remove content that breaks these rules. For a serious or repeated breach, we may also remove you from the Cohort and Growth Society without a refund.

12. Recordings, photos and feedback

We record workshops and bonus sessions, and we may take screenshots or photos of them. We use these recordings for on-demand access and, in short excerpts, for promoting our Cohorts. By joining the sessions, you agree that your image and voice may appear in them. If you prefer not to appear, you can keep your camera off and use the chat. "Ask the Expert" office hours are never recorded.

We may use your feedback in marketing anonymously. We will use your name only if you agree to it.

13. Communication

We communicate with you on Circle and by email about the Cohort and Growth Society. If you agreed at checkout by ticking the separate, optional marketing checkbox, we will also send you information about future events and products from Growth Meetup or Growth Society on Circle and by email. This consent is not required to buy a seat. You can withdraw from either at any time by writing to [email protected]. If you withdraw from Cohort messages while the Cohort is running, you may miss schedule changes and session links, so we recommend keeping them on until the Cohort ends.

14. No guaranteed results

The Cohort is an educational service. We do not guarantee any specific business results, such as revenue, growth or a promotion. Your results depend on how you apply what you learn. Content shared by speakers and members reflects their own experience and is not professional, legal or financial advice.

15. Liability

Our total liability to you under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the Cohort. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost opportunities. We are also not liable for outages of third-party platforms, including Circle and Stripe. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the statutory rights of Consumers.

16. Removal from the Cohort

We may remove a Participant from the Cohort and Growth Society without a refund for a breach of Section 9, 10 or 11. For a minor breach, before removing you, we will contact you and give you one chance to improve. If another breach follows, we will remove you immediately. For account sharing or serious misconduct, we will remove you immediately, without a warning.

17. Privacy

We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
