Build your GTM brain: a persistent GTM memory and one source of truth for your AI

Most teams get generic AI output because every session starts from zero. In this hands-on session you’ll build a persistent memory for your GTM: ICP, positioning, brand voice, strategy, playbooks and decision logs, in one repo your AI reads by default. Then you’ll turn it into skills for your recurring work: ads, outbound, ebooks, blog posts and AEO prompts.

What you'll learn
  • Structure your GTM context into files your AI loads before the first word
  • Build skills that turn one line into on-brand ads, outbound, content and AEO prompts
  • Keep the memory alive with owners, freshness checks and versioning
Sebastian Kajzer

Sebastian Kajzer

Dates are indicative and may still change. You'll get the final schedule a few days before the course starts.

What makes it different

Live, small and led by practitioners.

The usual online courses and communities

  • Pre-recorded content that's outdated before it launches.
  • Hundreds of people, so there is no space for real interaction and no access to the speakers.
  • Shallow presentations that don't go deep enough.
  • Free bootcamps that are a sales pitch for one tool.
  • Questions that never get a real answer.
  • No vetting – anyone can buy their way in, so levels vary and the discussion stays basic.

GTM Leaders Lab by Growth Meetup

  • Live sessions. Nothing is pre-recorded, and you pick the time slot that fits your schedule.
  • Small, curated groups of senior marketers and GTM leaders, so you can talk to the speakers and to each other.
  • 3-hour deep dives with each speaker, not a 30-minute webinar.
  • Hand-picked practitioners. We chose every speaker carefully, and each one uses what they teach in their own work.
  • 3 months of Growth Society, our closed community with member-only perks, and a weekly Q&A session where you can ask the experts anything.

About us

Built by the Growth Meetup organizers.

Growth Meetup started as in-person events and a community for senior marketing, growth and product people in tech. Since 2018, we’ve been organizing curated events where real practitioners share their experiences and everyone gets to join the discussion.

Now, we’ve applied the same high bar to our first intensive program. We’ve carefully designed the curriculum, hand-picked the speakers, and built a format where you ask questions, challenge ideas and put everything into practice.

FAQ

All you need to know.

What's included?

7 live 3-hour workshops with GTM practitioners, each offered at two times, plus bonus sessions, live masterminds and weekly Ask the Experts Q&As. You also get 3 months of Growth Society, our closed cohort community, free tools and partner deals, a guaranteed ticket to GTM Leaders Night and a certificate of completion.

What kind of program is it?

It’s an educational program. You learn frameworks and practical skills in live workshops, from recordings and learning materials, and alongside other members. Speakers teach with real examples, so you can apply what you learn in your own work. How far you take it is up to you.

When does it start and how long is it?

The first session is on 12 November, and the course runs for a month, until 10 December. Your access to Growth Society starts on day one and lasts 3 months.

How much time do I need to dedicate weekly?

Plan for around 6–10 hours a week: two 3-hour live sessions, plus the optional Ask the Experts office hours and any prep or extra learning you want to do. You pick the time slots, so it fits around your schedule.

Is it fully online?

Yes. All sessions are live online, so you can join from anywhere. On top of the course, you get a free, guaranteed ticket to GTM Leaders Night in December and priority registration for our in-person events. Those are optional: come along if you like.

Where do the in-person events take place?

In major cities across Europe. Would you like one in your country? Let us know and we’ll see what we can do.

What if I can't make a session?

Every session runs twice, so you can pick the time that works better. If you can't make either, you can catch the recording in Growth Society.

Can I join Growth Society without joining the cohort?

No. Growth Society is a cohort community, so the only way in is through a cohort. That way, every member joins with a group of peers and gets the best experience from day one.

What's the difference between Growth Meetup and Growth Society?

Growth Meetup is our open community and in-person events, and it stays that way. Growth Society is our new closed cohort community: you join through a GTM Leaders Lab cohort and get members-only perks like monthly power hours, 1:1 matches, private events and deals, an on-demand library and priority registration for Growth Meetup events.

How does the application work?

Click Apply to join and fill in a short form. We select cohort members case by case, and we only take payment once you're accepted.

How do I get my company to pay for it?

Most companies have a learning and development budget, and this is a good use of it: live, practical learning you can apply to the GTM problems you already own, with frameworks you can bring back to your team. When you ask, tie it to a goal you're responsible for this quarter, point to the two or three sessions that help most with it, and offer to share what you learn with your team. If you need a custom invoice, email us at [email protected].

Can I get an invoice?

Yes. Once you’ve paid, email us at [email protected] and we’ll send it to you.

Can I buy tickets for my team?

Yes, and team tickets cost less per person. We agree the price with each team, so email us at [email protected] with the subject “Team access – GTM Leaders Lab” and tell us how many people want to join. Write to the same address if you need to pay by bank transfer or need a custom invoice.

How can I become a speaker?

Write to us at [email protected] and tell us what you'd teach.

How can I become a partner?

Fill in our partner form and tell us what you have in mind.

Starts 12 November. Apply to join the first cohort.
